aspacpalestine.com – Jakarta. Asia Pacific Community for Palestine (ASPAC) held a meeting with ASPAC founder, Mr. Suripto, Monday (7/17/2017). The meeting was a program of gathering (silaturrahim) with the founding board of ASPAC. The meeting aims to strengthen ASPAC relations with the founding board of ASPAC.
The meeting that held after Maghrib prayer until after Isya’. The meeting took place at the residence of Mr. Suripto, Cipete Area, South Jakarta. The meeting discussed the latest issues of Palestine, especially the events of Al-Quds that occurred last Friday (14/7/2017).
During the meeting, the discussion focused on three things, the events, and the description of the shooting incident in Al-Aqsa, the strengthening of the joint ASPAC-KNRP-ADARA study team, and the building of a Palestine museum. Mr. Suripto said that there needs to be intense strengthening between the joint study teams. It aims for socialization materials of Palestinian issue in the Indonesian territories. In addition, Chairman of ASPAC, Ustadz. Dr. Saiful Bahri. M.A. proposed to build a Palestine museum in Indonesia. The museum is targeted to increase awareness related to defend Palestine, especially Al-Aqsa mosque. The construction of a Palestine museum in Indonesia is a major plan for ASPAC in 2018.
