aspacpalestine.com – Cairo. Foreign Minister of several Arab countries and Japan have emphasized full support to the Palestinian people right to have their own independent, viable, and geographically linked state on the pre-fourth of June, 1967 borders with a east Jerusalem its capital.
The supportive stance was announced in the final statement of the first round of the Arab-Japanese ministerial political dialogue, held at the arab league headquarters in Cairo Monday.
The ministers also called for redoubling effort to find a lasting, just and comprehensive solution to the decades-long Palestinian issue.
They lauded the Japanese initiative to beef up economic and social development in Palestinian territories.
They also expressed gratitude for Japan for allocating about USD six billion for aid package to middle eastern countries during the period 2016-18.
