Historical Expedition in Kudus

In the history of Islamic da’wah in the archipelago, we know the term Wali Songo. Wali Songo (the Nine Saints)is the nine saints sent by the Ottoman Empire to the land of Java periodically. Started at 1404 until 1569 (15th-16th century), in six periods. Referral source of Islamic da'wah history in Indonesia is difficult to find because it is not in the country. Indonesia has been colonized by foreigners for centuries, so the people were fooled for generations. Several sources of stories about Wali Songo existed in Babad Tanah Jawi (a generic title for a large number of manuscripts written in Javanese language). It is said that this chronicle was composed by W. L. Olthof in Leiden, Netherlands in 1941. Besides the chronicle, the story of Wali Songo could also be obtained from ancient manuscripts located in the Turkish Palace Museum, Istanbul and Koprah Ferrara, Italy which is now stored in Leiden National Museum. Historically, the existence of Wali Songo indicates that Nusantara (Indonesia) has a close relationship with the Ottoman Turkish sultanate. One of the saint sent by Shaykh…
Israeli Zionist newspaper Haaretz said the cancellation of the African-Israeli summit, which was originally to be held in Togo (23-27 October 2017) based on the request of Togo's president Faure Gnassingbé. The newspaper attributed the decision to an internal crisis that in Togo, the work of the national opposition in Togo and also pressure from Arab nations and the Palestinian Authorities on the African countries to cancel the conference. Initially, the Israeli occupiers will use the summit to provide a trillion-dollar aid to African countries. Of course, nothing is free, in return they demand the recognition and normalization of Israeli relations. As previously known, on June 4, 2017 at the ECOWAS Africa-Israel Summit in Liberia, Netanyahu came and promised the grant. The plan, the fund is to build "green projects" developed by the West African countries incorporated in the ECOWAS (The Economic Community of West African States). The question is, where does the Zionist Israel have such funds? Allegedly this fund from the United States and the European Union. Sudan, which is known to be rough on the West is…

Zionist Israel traces in Rohingya conflict

In recent weeks, the world has been shocked by a wave of thousands Myanmar refugees. They are Rohingya Muslims who occupied Arakan region or Rakhine State, who are expelled due to prolonged conflict in the region. The European Rohingya Council (ERC) on August 28, 2017 released the report, about 2,000 to 3,000 Rohingyas were killed in an Arakan attack that occurred for three days. A massive exodus occurred. In Indonesia alone there are about 12,000 Rohingya refugees who still survive in Aceh, North Sumatra and other provinces. The conflict is synonymous with the SARA (ethnicity, religion, race and inter-group) issue, not only involving Myanmar's military junta but also the interference of Zionist Israel. This is based on the Israeli newspaper, Haaretz that said that the Israeli Defense Ministry is still desperate to sell its weaponry to Myanmar, which has been used by the military junta to conduct ethnic cleansing of Rohingya Muslims. Among the arms and heavy equipment sold to Myanmar are 100 tanks and patrol boats for the border, as quoted by middleeasteye.net In September 2015, it was reported…

"Diplomacy War" for Palestine

To achieve the independence of a nation, certainly must involve all parties, both internal (domestically) and the international community. The struggle of the Indonesian people against the various colonies by Portuguese, British, Dutch to Japanese, was an obvious example of the history of successful independence. How many victims of various generations, until finally get what is dreamed. International recognition is needed when proclamation was echoed. After the independence achieved, Indonesia still struggles to defend it, by seeking support from other countries. KH. Agus Salim, Muhammad Hatta and Muhammad Natsir were listed as one of the international negotiators for the independence of the Indonesian nation. Egypt and Palestine were the countries that they visited and have large shares toward the independence of Indonesia. Palestinians do various ways to achieve independence. Its people valiantly resist the illegal occupiers inside their homeland, while the Palestinian authorities seek by negotiate and diplomacy ways. Both are complementary to each other. Palestine currently needs international political support to gain their independence. After 69 years of occupation (since May 1948), support has come to the issuance of…

Memory of 48 Years of Al-Aqsa Arson Attack

Al-Aqsa Mosque once passed through the dark days of the early years of the occupation. Precisely on August 21, 1969, when the first Muslim Qibla was burned by an Australian tourist who later called as Radical Zionist, namely Denis Michael Rohan. He was arrested, but the Israeli court released him on the grounds that what Rohan did in a lost state of mind. The arson itself was recorded as Israel's most daring desecration againts al-Aqsa mosque. For being part of the realization of the main Zionist agenda to knock down the noble mosque and replace it with the Illusion Temple of Solomon. What Israeli occupiers did was like testing the water, trying to test the extent of Muslims reaction when the al-Aqsa mosque burned. This attitude could be inferred from the statement of Golda Meir, the 4th Prime Minister of Zionist Israel. On the day of the arson attack, Golda Meir said, "The toughest day of my government was the day when the Al-Aqsa Mosque was burned. At the dawn of the burned day, I was so worried and could…
In the moment of 72 years of independence of the Republic of Indonesia, memory of our nation's history recorded an important event about the historical and humanitarian ties of Indonesia and Palestine. In fact, Palestine is the first entity to encourage and recognize the independence of the Indonesian nation, in addition to Egypt being the first country to recognize it. By de jure, Indonesia which had independence on August 17, 1945 needed the support and recognition from other countries to become a sovereign State. More specifically, the support was initiated and given by Shaykh Muhammad Amin Al-Husaini. He was a scholar and activist of the struggle who was then serving as a Palestinian mufti. In his capacity as a mufti, Shaykh Amin Al-Husaini was pleased to welcome the delegation of the Central Committee of Indonesian Independence. His full support and congratulations were broadcast by the Berlin radio on September 6, 1944, to coincide with Japan's recognition of Indonesia's independence. (Zein Hassan: Diplomacy of the Indonesian Revolution Abroad, 1980, p 40). Endorsement and full support was delivered precisely when the Palestinians…

Meaning of Al-Aqsa Victory

After 12 days of confronting various Israeli threats and desecration at Al-Aqsa Mosque, the actions and determination of Palestinians especially Jerusalemites made Zionist Israel surrender. Without the real support from most Arab countries that embrace normalization with Israel, the Palestinians able to make Zionist Israel withdraw their troops. Al-Aqsa re-opened, metal detector revoked, and Palestinian Muslim worshippers in droves enter Al-Aqsa Mosque when the victory comes. Zionist Israel seeks to normalization what they have been doing with Arab countries and instability in the region, able to smooth to control Al-Quds and Al-Aqsa Mosque. So that the Zionist Israel is only dealing with the Palestinian people who have very limited material resources without the support of the Arab Countries. As among the efforts of the location of the fight; only with the Palestinian people, and distanced the interference of other States to face the Israeli occupation. This 'conditioning' makes the Zionist Israel more confident to conquer Al-Aqsa Mosque. But later, after at least ten days in the besieged Al-Aqsa Mosque, Israel was rethinking to continue their desecration, as it is pointed…

Desecration of the First Qibla

Started from the second week of July, Al-Aqsa mosque has emptied from Muslim worshippers in twice Friday. The Israeli Zionist soldiers installed electronic gates as an entry requirement for Muslims who want to pray at the Al-Aqsa mosque. This action is not only a form of humiliation, but also the greatest tyranny by blocking worshipers inside the mosque. As Allah mentioned in the Qur'an, in the Surah of Al-Baqarah verse 114 which means: "And who are more unjust than those who prevent the name of Allah from being mentioned in His mosques and strive toward their destruction. It is not for them to enter them except in fear. For them in this world is disgrace, and they will have in the Hereafter a great punishment." At the same time, the illegal Jewish settlers were given the freedom to desecrate Al-Aqsa. They have escorted by Israeli officers to perform Jewish rituals inside the mosque. Zionists really take advantage of this enmity moment to dominate the first Qibla of Muslims, and take any action in it as they please. Al-Aqsa's worshippers were…

Heroic response to the blasphemy of Al-Aqsa

On Friday morning, (7/13), three Palestinian youths and two Israeli police officers were killed in an armed clash in the Al-Aqsa Compound, precisely near Bab al-Asbat Gate (The Gate of the Tribes), in occupied East Jerusalem. The clashes began when the three young men opened fire on Israeli officers near the Tribes Gate, and fled towards the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, where they exchanged fire with soldiers. Following the fatal incidents, the soldiers completely sealed Al-Aqsa Mosque, and canceled Friday prayers, before preventing all Muslim worshipers from entering or leaving the mosque courtyards. The operation carried by the three young men made Israel increased their escalation against Al-Aqsa. Israel took advantage with this incident, meanwhile Arab and Islamic countries are too busy with their internal crisis, not to mention the political constellation of Qatar as a major State to support Palestine in last time had a shake because of the embargo of some Gulf States and Egypt. Israel's threat and blasphemy against Al-Aqsa Mosque has been run since June 6, 1967, just a day after Israeli occupation took over East…
